I do require an additional 250.00 for refundable damage deposit. It will be mailed back to you within a week after you depart as long as no damage has been done to our unit.

Sterling Breeze charges 50.00 per vehicle when you check in max 2 cars. You will pay for the parking pass when you check in at the concierge desk.

Located at 16701 Front Beach Rd. on the 16th floor with an excellent view.

Currently renting luxury 1 bedroom 2 bath with hallway bunks at Sterling Breeze. The condo sleeps 6. The bedroom has black out blinds.
