Wheel horse lawn mower. Got it for a project and didn’t get around to it. I took the deck off to clean everything and never got to clean it. It’s taking up space in garage. It does start if you short the starter out. It needs a battery and a starter solenoid to run or you can jump the starter out to get it to run. Also needs a seat and front tires. The front tires do hold air for about 24 hours. Deck in good shape with no holes.
