Our Service Dept. just did a Full Service on it including an engine oil change and all new filters: engine, hydraulic, air and fuel filters all new. Then all points greased, checked along with a final inspection.

The 4-Cylinder Yanmar Diesel Engine sounds perfect as expected and if you are familiar with the 4005 model it is arguably one of the best 40-45 HP tractors John Deere ever made. It replaced the 40 HP 990 as you may know. This 4005 has a partially synchronized standard gear transmission with 9 forward and 3 reverse gears.
