This is an excellent mill with many pros. Buy it, build your house and barns and sell it, your labor is all you have in it. They hold their value and are a great home business.
This is not a cantilever mill head, it is balanced overhead and does not float and tilt like many mills. Motor ran good the last I used it a few years ago. Completely hydraulic from the log lifter to the dogs and the hydraulic assisted cutting head. Several extra blades. This mill will lift the log onto the deck and do all the turning.
Cons
- The deck is limited to 17-17.5 ft logs.
- Needs batteries, small lawn mower size for electric start Kohler motor. Marine battery for deck hydraulics.
I have adjusted the market value price to accommodate any needs. You can price mills for under $10k but they are strip models, not industrial grade and probably coming from China. I didn't enjoy the last thing that came from there.
Filtration fabric on pic does not go with it.
