Up for sale is a 10ftx16ft portable telecom building. Was used for a cell tower that was on my property, I bought the building when they took the tower down with the plan to hook it to power and use it as a cabin. Honestly I have too many projects to deal with it or enjoy it if I did. Building is complete, one damaged spot where the guys removing the tower didn't have keys and made a crawl space through the wall, outside portion has been patched and is weather tight. Dual hvac units still attached, all the power, boxes, and thermostat are still hooked up. Put power to it and it's a turn key insulated, heated, and air conditioned very stoutly built portable building on a steel frame. Asking $15,000, and you need to figure out transport, I don't have anything heavy enough to move it. You're welcome to offer trades (utvs, mini ex, home defense etc etc) but I'd strongly prefer cash.
