This iPod was purchased new in 2012 and has sat on the shelf since that time, unused.
NOTE #1 - This iPod model is no longer supported by Apple.
NOTE #2 - It was turned on August 12, 2024 to see the status of the battery and to set the date and time. Plugged it into the USB-A port of a PC. The battery shows a full charge. OTHERWISE, IT HAS NEVER BEEN USED.
NOTE #3 - When plugged into a PC, it is possible to access the built-in memory module.
NOTE #4 - It has been opened previously and the EarPods are NOT in the case.
