My little Murphy needs a new home. If not you, maybe someone you know is looking. I’ve had him since December when he was 7 weeks old and he is approximately 8 months old now.

I have two older dogs (9 and 15) and they are still not getting along and it’s putting too much stress on my older dogs. I thought with time and training it would subside or at least get a little better, but it’s getting worse.

He is the absolute sweetest dog and loves to cuddle. He has become food aggressive as my 9 yr old dog has been that way for years and even with separating Murphy from the other dogs, there is much tension around food time. I honestly believe in a new home and some additional training, that can be fixed.

Although he is not aggressive towards people, I do believe he would benefit best from a home with no older dogs. I believe he would be fine with young dogs that have energy to play with him.

I am wanting to find him a new home with a family who have the time & resources to train him into being the best dog he can be and also much play time with walks/hiking.

There would be a rehoming fee that would also come with his elevated bed, his large crate, dog playpen, his toys, and his shot record. I’m mostly asking for this because I want to make sure he goes to a good home. He has been to a 3 wk board and train and I would of course pass that info along to his new family, as they let us know that they woukd be available to us anytime after we worked with them. Unfortunately, my older dogs are past the point of learning how to tolerate him in a manner that is acceptable.

Please no comments about not being able to keep dogs after you get them. This is simply because my older dogs and him do not get along at all. I will miss him terribly, but I believe it is the right thing to do at this point.
