He is neutered, UTD on vaccines, house broken, and command trained, both with verbal and some non-verbal commands, and is crate trained. I will teach you his commands if you'd like in order to set you up for the best successes with him, and send him with his supplements and some of his current feed in order for his new steward to transition him to his new feed. I will be *extraordinarily fussy* about his prospective new home. Here's why: This was my best friend's dog, and I took him in when my friend passed away over a year ago to save him from the shelter. I love him with every cell in my entire being, but we're in a life or death situation with the birds. He is my last living tie to my bestie, and I need to know that he will not only be loved, but be cherished. He's a true treasure, a once in a lifetime of a dog. He deserves the best you have to offer, and he deserves a home with no tempting poultry.

I have a poultry farm, and I thought I could make it work for this very good boy. I cannot, and I hate that. He is excellent with cats and other dogs of all sizes (his friends now are several Pyrenees and a Yorkie) as well as with people of all ages. He will snuggle you like a dog has never snuggled you before, and he thinks he's a lap dog (when given permission), so you'll need to be ready for that.
