This is sweet chance. He was a court case for being tied up the the whole first year of life and very skinny. He has come so far. He's been neutered and fully vaccinated. He has done great with other dogs, he's higher energy but calms down really well after he gets his zoomies out. He has started to learn manners and how to be a dog. He just needs someone that will give him a chance at a good life and be his leader.
