We are selling our 3/4 jersey 1/4 guernsey milk cow and heifer calf to make room for our keepers this year.

She has been our main milk cow and we have had her since she was a couple of months old. She is about 5 years old and keeps easily on pasture.

This is her 3rd calf and she has never had any complications with calving or getting bred.

She’s been bred both through A.I. and live cover with no problem. She’s been hand milked and machine milked and done well with both. We have left her calf on her this lactation and not milked her as we have another cow in milk currently.

She can be a bit sassy, but is never kicky or mean. She’ll do anything and go anywhere for a little bit of grain!! Ha ha.

We have disease tested her for Johne’s, blv, bvd, and Q fever in the past. All negative. We have not tested her for about 20 months now.

She and her heifer calf are both confirmed A2/A/2 through UC Davis genetics lab.

Her calf was the result of AI to a mini jersey and should mature between mini and mid sizes. Dandelion herself is a mid size cow.
