I met a nice elderly gentleman that is in need of warm socks, size 10-12 boots, warm men's clothing, any brand wet or dry dog food, etc. Winter is coming and he either walks or rides a bike so he gets very cold during the winter months. I'm sure that I will encounter several more people that need these kinds of items, (kids and adults) and more (blankets, gloves, tennis shoes, hats, coats, etc.) I have a box set up at infinity pharmacy on Neal Street in Cookeville to drop donations off and James Dodson's garage in Sparta will also take the donations for me, just let them know that it's for God is Good traveling clothing closet and food pantry. We are always needing non perishable food items also. (We are doing another outreach and we are needing white undershirts for men and women, white socks for men and women, and white underwear and panties for men and women) when you are out shopping for the holidays, for your friends and family, please remember my ministry. I am only able to help people when wonderful people are willing to donate. I take new and used items and we rarely have food donations. So please remember us during these holidays.
