It is 8 1/2 foot long 7 foot wide when fully extended it is 17 foot long with a Camper queen size bed, a full size bed and the dinette table also makes a bed sleeping six people it comes with a rooftop air conditioner that works great propane gas heat two burner propane gas cooktop freshwater sink with water tank and water pump or use the water at the campsite overhead lighting plenty of storage three way refrigerator. Everything works perfectly. The bedding is like new the cushions, the screens, the zippers the canvas is all in wonderful condition the camper has been garage kept and in great condition on the outside it has a nice awning, good tires and spare tire propane tank full of gas and jack stabilizers.
