Good shape, no stains nor funky smells. One small hole on an elasticized side exterior pocket that would still work fine to hold a water bottle, rifle stock, rocket, mortar round, etc., but other than that the pack is fine. Includes two different sized waist belts - medium and large - shoulder harness, a removable top pouch that can double as a fanny pack, and an internal radio pouch. The interior has a zippered shelf which allows the pack to be divided into two separate compartments (each with its own exterior access zips) or one big one. Does NOT include the assault pack. This is the military version of an Arc'teryx mountaineering pack that would run you well over $600 new and still will not have the same ruggedness nor all the MOLLE attachment points. This is a quality piece of gear, not some cheap Chinese crap. The individual aluminum stays can be removed and bent for your individual physique. This pack will carry a larger load than what you will want to carry - I believe it is rated for 75L capacity and 120 pounds. As such, it is heavy - empty I believe it comes in at 7 pounds or so. If you "field strip" the zipper pulls, extra straps, buckles, etc. you can probably cut that down a bit. It is a great option for an "INCH" bag, i.e., I'm Not Coming Home bag.
