Merry Christmas!

In honor of our Savior, I would like to draw attention to this very special book of Isaiah.

The prophet Isaiah's ministry ranged from 740 to 680 BC- yes....years BEFORE CHRIST.

Isaiah told of the nations that would conquer Israel due to their sin and turning away from God...the conquering that would happen as told by Isaiah as described TO A TEE.

But, there was HOPE. A king would come. Isaiah told of the Messiah who would come many years later to save us all, Jews and Gentiles...and right the wrongs of this fallen world.

THAT Messiah was Jesus/ Yeshua, King of the Jews.

Isaiah even went on to say how he would be REJECTED by his people and killed for our sin. Yes, a rejecting that is still going on today by his CHOSEN people.

How could Isaiah know that all of this would come to pass? He couldn't UNLESS....it was a GOD thing.

So, on this Christmas, consider Israel and the battle they are in, consider the words of Isaiah, and think on what Jesus did. Pray for the PEACE of Jerusalem.

God's words will never return void. Jesus hasn't returned yet, because we have a patient and loving God who is giving us ALL a chance to see his HEAVEN on Earth.

It doesn't have to be after we die...no...he died so we could live a full life, right here, right now.
