Good little cart can be made back into 2 seater vey easily currently has a single seat still has both seat belts attached still .The motor does have a governor if you want to turn It down my son rode it for less than 2 hours total and it scared him .motor has less than 10 hours total on it so mom says its gotta go fast little thing cash only thus is not some thing just slapped together come take a look
