This Samsung convection slide in range is in great shape. We recently got a new kitchen and changed out to gas. Previously we paid around $1,500. There is a small glitch that it has had since it was brand new when you preheat. You have to preheat in normal, then cancel and turn it back on to convection if you prefer once it has slightly heated up. It was just a normal part of use for us and Samsung said it had no effect on the operation. Owners manual is also included
