Ford 460 V8 Motor / 22,500 miles / 167 Hours on the Generator

Excellent condition for a 95. We've put 6000 miles on this RV in only 17 months. Everything works as it should including all appliances, switches, gauges, lights, levers… everything. Doesn’t leak and drives like a dream.

This RV is road ready and your confidence in her will grow with every mile. She’s been a dream, but we’re ready to move on to something bigger.

I am the third owner and I purchased this RV in May of 2016 and have had no issues. We’ve spent 15 weeks in it this year and about 10 weeks in it last year camping local.

Hardwood floors, unique floor plan, queen bed, and a couch with two captain's chairs with two tables in the living area. Regular size overhead bunk bed. Custom tinted windows (helped reduce heat and keeps RV cool during hot weather). Plumbing is perfect, fresh water tank and pump works great as we’ve stayed off grid for several weeks while we’ve owned this RV. New brakes 3 years ago. All belts, hoses (anything rubber) was replaced and a tune up was done before I bought it. Awning works perfectly. There is a baseball size hole in top left corner of awning (which I never patched because I’ve never seen water come through it ironically) where the 2nd owner got a tad bit too close to a tree. There are a couple of more small holes but all in all, it’s worked perfectly.

New blackout shades
New AC (15K BTU)
New Roof (Rolled with rubber roof sealant [double coat] just this spring)
New Batteries (Gel auxiliary battery)
Brand New Michelin’s Up Front
3 year old tires on rear, excellent condition (no dry rot of any kind - great tread)

Rv does have some delamination on one front corer and one rear corner. Neither area flaps in the wind or does anything to make me worry about it. It hasn’t changed since I bought it. It’s simply cosmetic.

The Generator was not working when I bought it and only had 67 hours on it. I have fixed the generator and ran it under load all the way to Florida and back the first week of October. It has a new fuel filter, air filter, oil, (no oil filter on it), fuel pump, fuel lines, carburetor ($283 New in Box), and new spark plug. It now has over 170 hours on it. It runs good most of the time. Poor fuel and altitude changes sometimes affect it. It still runs and does what it's supposed to, but it misses a bit. You don’t notice it while driving. My RV guy says I need to clean the carburetor or put another new fuel filter in. I’ve been to busy traveling and using it I have had time.

Power step does not work. Needs is a new motor (about $130). We just use a block or a bar designed for step support and ratchet strap it up when driving.
