Location: SPARTA, TN but can help transport within reason

Silas was owned by a family member before being rehomed. He was found in a shelter a few months later and I pulled him.

Breed/Mix: border collie / husky / shepherd

Age: January 27, 2023 is his birthday, so just over a year

Sex: male - intact but has an appointment to get neutered on the 30th of April if he hasn’t found a home before then or finds a local home. Already paid for, you’d just have to drop him off.

I need him gone ASAP. He is picking fights with my males and causing a lot of strife because of it.

Strengths: he loves to love. Silas is a people’s dog through and through. He just wants to be around others. He loves going on adventures and to go to stores and wander about. He’s been amazing in and out of the crate and has zero food reactivity. Has been tolerant of cats and livestock, doesn’t really care about them.

Weaknesses: As an intact male, he does not like the company of other males. He needs a male free home.

Other Info: Silas is an amazing boy, and I want to see him thrive somewhere that has the time to put into him. I have two intact males and so unfortunately I’m having to crate and rotate (largely because of my personal dogs). He’s been amazing with my female puppy and is an all around great dog who just wants to be with his people.
