RAE Builders, LLC is hiring general construction workers to build homes in the Cookeville, TN area.
Pay is $15 - $30 an hour based on relevant experience.
Benefits include 6 paid holidays, 5 sick days, and 5 vacation days per year.
Company provides transportation to and from job sites, however a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the office are required daily. Consistent punctuality is a must.
The job consists of tasks such as:
Using and maintaining basic construction power tools, hand tools, and equipment.
Carrying materials, tools, and supplies and site clean up.
Working at heights of 20-30 feet in the air.
Must be able to follow detailed instructions, work independently and efficiently, while focusing on safety.
Ability to prioritize tasks is crucial.
All experience building homes, underground work, septic, electrical, plumbing, drywall, finishing, painting, trim and finish work is a plus. Willing to train the right person.
