Manager of Shipping / Fulfillment for Small Tools Company

Manage a small team that are fulfilling and packing orders. Manage inventory of shipping supplies to avoid delays.

Responsibilities

Position requires quick study of all of the products we sell and their location. Must be able to efficiently pack boxes to reduce shipping costs. Communicate with freight and shipping companies for pickups and problems. Communicate with customers concerning shipping issues.

Print shipping labels, packing lists, and pick sheets.

Closely manage shipping employees to ensure shipped orders are correct and done efficiently.

Communicate effectively with management about achieving fulfillment deadlines. Perform daily reporting to management.

Keep shipping clean and organized.
