Job Title: Guest Service Associate/ Housekeeper



Job Description:



A prestigious hunting lodge is seeking a Guest Service Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Guest Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks including guest check-in and check-out, room cleaning, kitchen assistance, and other assigned duties.



Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Attend to guest needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and common areas.
Assist in the kitchen area with meal preparation and other culinary tasks.
Complete any other duties as assigned by the management.
Schedule:

Part-time position with the potential for full-time hours.
Weekend availability is a must.
Typical working hours: 6am-2pm.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient cooking skills required.
Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive guest experience.
Previous cooking experience (excluding fast food) is necessary.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate dependability.
Physical ability to bend, lift, and stand for the majority of the shift.
Education and Experience:

No formal education requirements.
Prior experience in cooking full meals and housekeeping, preferably in a lodge or similar setting.
