He is gentle. Will walk up to you in the field. He was a rescue. He was dropped off at a neighbors house. He was not foundered or emaciated. I’m assuming the people couldn’t take care of them anymore and dropped him off at someone’s house they knew had other animals. Age approx 5-8 years old. These are last summer pictures of him shed out. He is a proven breeder as of last year and gave us a beautiful baby and we’re about to have 2 more from him soon. He really needs to be a breeder,teaser,or pasture mate. He is not to be ridden. He has a hip problem (rarely) where it looks almost like it pops out of place. (Not sure that that’s actually what it is either) I actually haven’t seen it happen in about a year, but that doesn’t mean it won’t happen again. He is a very nice, gentle stud. I do not know how he is around children, as I do not have any. As far as halter broke or any training, we haven’t done any. He has been in our pasture living his best life ever since we’ve had him. We’ve had him about 2 years now. We have 2 studs and that’s the only reason for selling him. His feet have been breaking off beautifully these last couple of years, so he really hasn’t needed a trim.
