12 - 2x12x10 #2 pine $20 ea.(compared to Lowe’s $28)
4 - 2x2x48 pressure treated deck railing w/ 45 degree angle cut on one end, 16 per bundle $20 ea.(compared to Lowe’s $28.
If purchased elsewhere, with tax would be $875, buy it all for $625.
Also have pressure treated 2x4’s.
