The Oak, as with all WaterRowers, features patented WaterFlywheel technology, unrivaled in its replication of the resistance felt in on the water rowing.

I bought this rower for my wife after her neck surgeries, hoping that it would provide a low impact workout for her. It has been used only one-time.
