This beautiful spinning wheel was crafted around 1978-1980 by the late Dr. Carl Seiter of Cookeville, Tn. I am the original owner and it has never been used. It is a display item in a log cabin guest house. It is in working condition and with some 'fine tuning' by an experienced spinner should provide decades of use.
