This is a 2002 Donruss Gridiron Kings card of Titans great Steve McNair. It is card number GC-45 in the Gridiron Cuts Collection. It has a piece of one of Steve's authentic game worn jerseys made into the card and is Serial numbered 072/400. That means there was only 400 of this card made so I would call that rare.
