1981 Dowell Houseboat located at Horse Creek Marina on Dale Hollow Lake. 42 feet long, steel hull that was inspected two years ago. It is a one bedroom houseboat with a bed that pulls out to a King or can be kept as a twin. Fridge, TV, microwave, electric stove tops, couch, outside benches/chairs, etc. all included. The boat is stationary. The motor was not hooked up for use when I purchased the boat, and I did not try to fix it. Could be a simple fix but I’m not sure. Slip is paid for through May 2024.
