Up for sale is a 1987 14x56 Houseboat. Solid aluminum hull. This is a diamond in the rough. It does need work and will likely need some roof repair over the bedroom in the back of the boat. This is listed as "Custom" through TWRA (and is registered). Several believe the hull cam from Somerset and then the rest was custom built. It looks factory built from some where but HIM has it as a custom boat. The hull is extremely solid and I have already had offer for near what I am asking for just the hull. The current set up is as a one bedroom, bath, kitchen and living area. My plan was to rearrange and add a bunk room. With a little work someone will have a ton of equity in this houseboat. The motor hasn't been started in about two years (per previous owner) and is a '87 Yamaha 95hp. My plans have changed and I'm moving in a different direction. Current slip does not go with the boat.
